Careers: Internship Program
Qualified college students can train for their career while receiving the experience of a lifetime! Join the All Risks Internship Program to discover what it takes to be a wholesale producer in the Surplus and Specialty Lines Market from an All Risks branch office.
All Risks will award eight (8) paid summer internships annually. Interns will receive a competitive salary of $500 per week. Housing, airfare, and/or travel expenses will be paid for by All Risks.
Interns will be hosted at the All Risks corporate office in Hunt Valley, Maryland and in select branch offices across the United States.
Selected interns will be offered permanent positions where they will enter an intense training program through the All Risks University offering exposure to the various career paths available in a major wholesale brokerage firm. Interns gain experience in all areas including Brokerage, Underwriting, Accounting, Information Systems, Claims, Marketing and Compliance. Upon completion of the University Program, interns will have the opportunity to meet with All Risks management to select the discipline that best fits their talents and desires.

SELECTION PROCESS
The All Risks Internship Committee will review each applicant's file, perform telephone interviews, and conduct personal interviews with the finalists.
